Understanding Status (appts and jobs)
When your enterprise sends a job/lead through Dispatch, changes in status result from action taken by the contractor/dealer.
Each job in Dispatch includes an activity log, which shows the date and time for every action taken by the provider and your team.
Sending Status Reminders
There is no "one size fits all" when is comes to your network, so Dispatch has various built-in prompts to help you get status updates.
Service Level Agreement adherence can be monitored in Dispatch to ensure that your standards are met.
View each activity that takes place on your jobs and take action as needed
The jobs list is accessed by clicking on Jobs from the left-side menu in Manage.
